The Diversity & Inclusion Officer roles are crucial in advocating for the voices of underrepresented student groups, driving positive and equitable changes within both the Student Association and the College. The Student Association prioritises representing students and enhancing their overall student experience. Their responsibilities include collaborating with student groups to ensure their perspectives are accurately reflected in policies. The Officers contribute to the ideas the FVSA takes forward regarding equalities and inclusion, and they actively participate in various meetings, championing diversity and helping to create an inclusive environment for all students. Two positions are available, with one requiring self-identification as a female/non-binary student, emphasising inclusivity and representation.
