Falkirk’s Mental Health Association offers a variety of services including counselling, social support, an immediate help service, and support for personal development. Services offered:
Support individuals to recover from mental ill health.
Prevent deterioration in mental wellbeing; and
Provide support, education and training related to mental health to carers and across the local community

Breathing Space
Offers a free, confidential, phone service for anyone in Scotland over the age of 16 experiencing low mood, depression or anxiety.

Addiction, Support & Counselling
Offers recovery activities to anyone aged 16 years or over, has an addiction problem or is affected by someone else’s addiction problem or wants to change his or her addictive behaviour.
