Forth Valley College does not currently offer student accomodation so most of our students will be renting privately or own their own homes. There are exceptions to this if you are an Integrated Degree student - as you might have other options available.

You can seek some support and guidance from the College's Guidance and Support Advisers but there is also additional information from Shelter Scotland around your rights and responsibilities as a tenant, as well as those of your landlord, and how to fix any problems you might have, as a student, here is the link.

If you are a student residing in Stirling, the Student Association have also worked with the Stirling Students Tenants Union. They can provide support and information if you are renting in the private sector or if you are one of the exceptional few living in Stirling University student accomodation.
